Vice-President and President

We are excited to share that we, Helena as President and Elisa as Vice President, have officially taken on the leadership of Women in Business Maastricht!

With Helena in her final year of Economics and Business Economics (EBE), majoring in Strategy, and Elisa in her second year of International Business, we bring together a unique international dynamic—Helena from Brazil and Elisa from Germany. Our diverse backgrounds and perspectives push us to think outside the box as we continue moving this association forward.

As the last leadership team, we strongly believe that our duo leadership model enables a more efficient, focused, and impactful way of working. By splitting our responsibilities—with Helena overseeing External Relations (ER) and Elisa leading Public Relations (PR), while both of us support HR—we ensure that Women in Business Maastricht thrives and continues to empower our members.

We are beyond excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to make this semester a truly special one—together!
